Meet Us

Meet the Guys at Back Roads Recording

When I was a kid, I always dreamed of having a recording studio, and it seems it was something I never got over.

One day, I told my wife I was going out to the machine shop to start building a studio, a few weeks later she came out and said “Holy crap, you were serious!”  Yes, I was.  I took a large part of a huge building and built a building inside of a building.  A few months later, Back Roads Recording was born.

Since that time we have recorded a large number of individuals and groups.  Anyone from bar bands, a person cutting an audition demo for the Air Force Band, a person cutting a demo to sing the National Anthem at Royals Stadium (which she did), politicians recording political ads, college audition demos, to a demo for the winner of the Armed Services Worldwide Competition.  It really has been a dream come true.

My attitude has always been, this isn’t what we do for a living, it’s a passion, and we treat it as such.  What we turn out for our customers is a quality product they, and we can be proud of.

So, regardless if it’s your first time in a studio or you are a seasoned veteran, I think we can meet your needs.

Please, shoot us a note on the Contact Us page and we will do our best to answer any questions you might have.

Thanks,

Dave
